A few weeks ago I introduced a project done with the amazing team at AcrOdance. You can read all about the performers, as well as the project itself in the original blog post. Following up on that, we have here the first part of the story.
To recapitulate, the concept is that of a troupe of artists, which, leaving this world, enter a purgatory state (hence the pun “PurgARTorium”), whereupon they have to face their innermost fears, uncertainties and limitations. The original post presented the performers in a series of portraits; here we have the story itself, told through 10 pictures (for this first part). Every picture is also accompanied by a short “script” contributing to the concept.
Gear report: all photos shot with the Fuji X-Pro2 and a variety of Fujinon lenses; 35mm f1.4, 56mm f1.2, 10-24mm f4 and 50-140mm f2.8
